At 20TwentyStore, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 20TwentyStore account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective equipment are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the sports gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
